Once we receive your order, we will issue the invoice and reserve the item(s) for you for 24 hours. Please make payment within this time-frame to secure your purchase. 

 

No Returns unless item(s) is sent to you incorrectly or defect. 

 

Please kindly have the courtesy to inform us should you decide to back out of your order(s). Otherwise you will be blacklist as a dead buyer.  

We will conduct quality check on item(s) before mailing out.

 

We will not be responsible for any lost mails. We strongly suggest the use of Registered mail.

 

There will be no cash refunds unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

 

Frockettes makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, as the actual colours you see depend on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.

 

We have the rights to alter the terms and conditions without giving prior notice.

 

Ordering details

To make purchases from Frockettes, you will need to have a customer account with us.

 

Once you have chosen the desired item(s), please add them into your shopping cart and proceed to check out.

 

Payment invoice details will be sent out to you shortly.

 

After we verified your payment. You will receive our confirmation email and also when your orders have been posted out.

 

If the item you are interested in has been listed as 'All Pending' or ‘Sold Out’. You may like to put yourself on the waiting list or to be notified if there is additional stocks

By Paypal, all transaction cost will be borne by Frockettes.

 

Postage rates

Normal mail and Registered mail only. No meet-ups.

 

Normal Postage varies between $1.00 - $3.50 depending on the weight of each individual

parcel. 

 

Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs.

 

Registered no. Will be given when requested.

 

Exchange and refunds

All goods sold are non-refundable.

 

Defective items may be exchange on a case by case basis.

 

In the case of a defect item, a new piece of the same design will be exchange, if design is out of stock, we will give you the full refund.

 

For exchange, postage fees will be borne by buyer.
